- Fixed Ogone not showing credit card logos
- Fixed issue where the checkout page would incorrectly say that there were no shipping methods configured
- Fixed issues with shipping during checkout

- Fixed custom payment method instructions showing raw HTML content. Instructions might have to be edited and saved before this fix shows.
- Fixed a minor issue where a payment method logo was loaded that does not exist
- Fixed price based custom shipping methods showing as weight based
- Added a placeholder to the product menu label editor when there are no labels configured
- Disable the default browser context menu in the international shipping method country picker
- Fixed the create menu workflow would save a partial menu item if cmd+enter was pressed on Mac or ctrl+enter on Windows
- Fixed the product menu item label editor would show one empty label for menu items without labels
