Two Minor Updates to Admin Tool
The first was an issue which allowed empty selections when adding a shipping service, or when adding a country to an already created international shipping service.
The second was a usability issue. It was not possible to double-click a country or shipping row to dismiss the dialog and add the country or shipping service.
