Lots of Small Updates
- Fixed an issue in Firefox where a list of countries and states would appear on the checkout form step two.
- Fixed an issue on the checkout page step one where some countries without states would still require the buyer to enter a state.
- Corrected spelling errors in the months throughout the site.
- Added American Express as a supported credit card for Paypal Direct.
- Fixed FedEx ground shipping.
- Added support for OTF asset files (custom fonts) in templates.
- Added more descriptive errors if shipping calculation fails due to unknown weights for products on an order, and no default weight was set in the admin.
- Made the Raconteur template image sprite from a png to a gif. This should help load the pages faster (~100kb less) and get rid of the black outline flashes in Safari 4.
- Removed the initial comma from the checkout page step one shipping label.
